Joanne Fitzgerald
Joanne Fitzgerald is an organisational psychologist and socio-analyst with sound business knowledge that informs her consulting practice. She has over 20 years professional and management experience in the government and non-government sectors in Queensland, Western Australia, and Victoria. In 1996, she started her own organisational consultancy in Perth to enable teams, individuals and organisations to strengthen their functioning and embed effective long-term change. For the last 16 years, Joanne has worked successfully in Melbourne.
Joanne’s work with Designed Interventions has a strong focus on organisational and culture diagnosis, leadership development and sustainable change.
